Czech Speaking Tech Support Specialist

A major global gaming brand is hiring Czech-speaking Back Office Support Specialists to join its international team in Thessaloniki, Greece. This is an email-only role – no phone calls – and a great opportunity to turn a love of gaming into an international career.

Back Office Support Specialist providing written/email support for a global gaming brand.

• Respond to gamer queries via email – 100% written support
• Investigate account, technical and transaction issues
• Provide clear and accurate solutions
• Help create a smooth experience for players
• Work alongside an international support team
• Follow brand policies and quality standards

• Czech – C2 / native-level written skills
• English – minimum B2
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Confidence managing and prioritising multiple cases
• An interest in gaming and online communities

English and Czech

Mon – Sun 07:00 – 22:00, 5 days per week, office-based in Thessaloniki. Email-based support – no phone calls.

• €1,300 gross/month + €1,000 sign-on bonus
• €1,300 gross per month, paid 14 times per year
• Bonus: Sign-on bonus €1,000
