Polish Speaking Content Moderator

• Review online content against community guidelines
• Identify and flag inappropriate or harmful material
• Apply policies accurately and consistently
• Help maintain a safe online environment
• Use your Polish language and cultural knowledge as part of an international team

• Polish – C1 level or above
• English – B2 level or above
• Strong attention to detail
• Good judgement and an analytical approach
• Confidence working with online content and following detailed policies
• Right to work in the EU
• Previous content moderation experience isn't essential — full training is provided

Shift work, 8 hours per day, office-based in Thessaloniki

Office-based role in the heart of Thessaloniki.

Full training provided

• €1,100 gross/month + €1,000 sign-on bonus
• €1,100 gross per month, 14 salary payments per year
• Bonus: €1,000 sign-on bonus paid in two instalments; performance-related bonus

• Relocation support: one-way flight + 2 weeks' accommodation + €350 deposit reimbursement
• €85 net meal allowance
• €65 gross transport allowance

• Sign-on bonus €1,000 (paid in 2 instalments)
