Customer Services Representative

• Answer customer queries in Dutch and English
• Find solutions when something isn't quite right
• Provide clear and friendly information
• Make sure customers feel listened to and supported
• Work as part of a diverse, international team

• Fluent Dutch (C2 / native level)
• Good English communication skills
• A friendly, positive personality
• Good problem-solving skills
• Confidence using computers and different systems
• A genuine desire to help people
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts
• Customer service, retail, hospitality or contact-centre experience is useful — but not essential if you are looking to take your first step into an international customer service career

Office-based role in Thessaloniki. No hard selling or complicated technical support — the focus is on delivering a great customer experience.

€1,450 gross/month
