Content Moderation role based on site in Lisbon, Portugal.
Responsibilities
- Support users in German and English
- Apply client policies and processes accurately
- Meet quality and productivity targets
- Escalate issues per procedure
Requirements
- German: C2 / native level
- English: B2 or above
- Computer literacy
- Able to work on site in Lisbon
