About the role

The Ryzer Group is hiring German-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a multilingual support centre in Thessaloniki, Greece.

The role

Customer Support Advisor — inbound phone, email and chat support.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails and chats in German and English
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate, complete solutions
  • Meet personal and team quality and productivity targets
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements

  • German: C1 level or above
  • English: C1 level or above
  • Customer orientation and commitment to excellent service
  • Computer literacy and good MS Office skills
  • Greek tax documents required before start date

Language skills

English and German

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 11:00 – 19:00

Office based in Thessaloniki, Greece.
