About the role
The Ryzer Group is hiring German-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a multilingual support centre in Thessaloniki, Greece.
The role
Customer Support Advisor — inbound phone, email and chat support.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails and chats in German and English
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate, complete solutions
- Meet personal and team quality and productivity targets
- Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements
- German: C1 level or above
- English: C1 level or above
- Customer orientation and commitment to excellent service
- Computer literacy and good MS Office skills
- Greek tax documents required before start date

Monday to Friday, 11:00 – 19:00
