Dutch Speaking Customer Support Advisor

The Ryzer Group is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a new multilingual support centre in Piraeus, Greece.

Customer Support Advisor — inbound phone, email and chat support.

• Handle incoming calls, emails and chats in Dutch and English
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, complete solutions
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open communication
• Meet personal and team quality and productivity targets
• Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

• Dutch: B2/C1 level or above
• English: C1 level or above
• Customer orientation and commitment to excellent service
• Strong contact handling and active listening skills
• Computer literacy and good MS Office skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
• Previous customer service experience is a plus

English and Dutch

Full-time, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week on rotation. Rotating shifts covering operational hours.

Office based in Piraeus, Greece. Modern workspace with training and nesting support.

€1,450 gross/month

• Accommodation support: 1-bed apartments from €350/month close to centre, shared from €150/month
• Low utility costs: water ~€25 every 3 months, electricity ~€50/month, WiFi ~€35/month
