The role
Content Moderator reviewing user-generated content against platform policies.
Responsibilities
- Review reported content (text, images, video) in Polish
- Apply platform policies consistently and accurately
- Escalate high-risk content per procedure
- Maintain quality and productivity targets
Requirements
- Native / near-native Polish
- English B2 or above
- Emotional resilience when reviewing sensitive content
- Reliable, detail-oriented and able to follow policies
Language skills
English and Polish

Salary & bonus
- €1,300 gross/month
- €1,300 gross/month, 14 salaries per year
