About the role
A global cybersecurity project supporting French-speaking customers from Thessaloniki.
The role
Customer Support Advisor handling inbound queries by phone, email and chat.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries in French
- Troubleshoot account, subscription and product issues
- Provide accurate, complete information using the right tools
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality scores
Requirements
- Native / near-native French
- English B2 or above
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to provide tax documents

- €1,100 gross/month
- €1,100 gross/month, 14 salaries per year
