About the role
A leading gaming and digital entertainment project supported from Thessaloniki.
The role
Technical Support Advisor — email and chat based.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in Czech via email and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues relating to accounts, purchases and platform functionality
- Escalate complex cases to specialist teams
- Keep accurate records of every interaction
Requirements
- Native / near-native Czech
- English B2 or above
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable with technical troubleshooting and PC/gaming platforms
Language skills
English and Czech
Schedule
Monday–Sunday rotating: 07:00–15:00, 10:00–18:00, 14:00–22:00
Salary & bonus
- €1,300 gross/month
- €1,300 gross/month, 14 salaries per year
