About the role
A global cybersecurity project supporting Dutch-speaking customers from Thessaloniki.
The role
Customer Support Advisor handling inbound queries by phone, email and chat.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries in Dutch
- Troubleshoot account, subscription and product issues
- Provide accurate, complete information using the right tools
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality scores
Requirements
- Native / near-native Dutch
- English B2 or above
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to provide tax documents

Monday to Friday, 11:00–19:00

7 weeks of paid training

- €1,450 gross/month
- €1,450 gross/month, 14 salaries per year
