The role
Content Moderator reviewing user-generated content against platform policies.
Responsibilities
- Review reported content (text, images, video) in Kurdish
- Apply platform policies consistently and accurately
- Escalate high-risk content per procedure
- Maintain quality and productivity targets
Requirements
- English and Kurdish (C2/native level)
- English: B2 or above
- Resilience when reviewing sensitive online content
- No previous experience required — full training provided

Salary & bonus
- €1,100 gross/month + €1,000 sign-on bonus
- €1,100 gross/month, 14 salaries per year
- Bonus: Sign-on bonus €1,000 (paid in 2 instalments)
