The role
Technical Support Advisor — email only (no phone work).
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via email in Polish
- Troubleshoot technical issues relating to accounts, purchases and platform functionality
- Escalate complex cases to specialist teams
- Keep accurate records of every interaction
Requirements
- English and Polish (C2/native level)
- English: B2 or above
- Strong written communication skills (email-only support)
- Comfortable with technical troubleshooting and PC/gaming platforms

Salary & bonus
- €1,100 gross/month + €1,000 sign-on bonus
- €1,100 gross/month, 14 salaries per year
- Bonus: Sign-on bonus €1,000 (paid in 2 instalments)
