Portuguese Speaking Customer Success Specialist

A global technology and digital advertising business supporting business clients across Europe.

Customer Success role based in Athens, Greece.

• Support customers in Portuguese and English across phone, email and chat
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods and tools
• Meet personal and team targets and case handling quotas
• Keep records of interactions and follow procedures, guidelines and policies

• Portuguese: C2 / native level
• English: B2 or above
• Customer orientation and excellent communication skills
• Computer literacy and good MS Office skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively

English and Portuguese

Monday to Friday, standard business hours

Hybrid, Athens based.

Paid in-house training with nesting and practice periods
