German Speaking Customer Advisor – Retail

An international retail brand supporting shoppers across European markets.

Customer Support role based in Athens, Greece.

• Support customers in German and English across phone, email and chat
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods and tools
• Meet personal and team targets and case handling quotas
• Keep records of interactions and follow procedures, guidelines and policies

• German: C2 / native level
• English: B2 or above
• Customer orientation and excellent communication skills
• Computer literacy and good MS Office skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively

English and German

Monday to Sunday, 08:00 – 23:00 (rotating shifts, 8 hours per day)

Remote / Hybrid, Athens based.

Paid in-house training with nesting and practice periods

€1,300 gross/month + performance bonus
