About the role

A global financial services and banking group supporting private and corporate customers across Europe.

The role

Customer Support role based in Athens, Greece.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers in German and English across phone, email and chat
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods and tools
  • Meet personal and team targets and case handling quotas
  • Keep records of interactions and follow procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements

  • German: C2 / native level
  • English: B2 or above
  • Customer orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Computer literacy and good MS Office skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively

Language skills

English and German

Schedule

Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 21:00 (rotating shifts, 8 hours per day)

Working conditions

Hybrid, Athens based.

Training

Paid in-house training with nesting and practice periods

Salary & bonus

€1,300 gross/month + performance bonus
