German Speaking Customer Advisor – Banking (late August intake)

A European banking institution headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, serving private, entrepreneurial and corporate customers.

Customer Advisor

• Management of incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal and team targets and case handling quotas
• Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

• Native / near-native level in the production language, English B2
• Customer orientation and commitment to excellent service
• Strong contact handling skills and active listening
• Strong PC handling skills / computer literacy
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
• Proven customer support experience is a plus

English and German

• Monday to Friday 08:00 – 23:00
• Saturday & Sunday 09:00 – 23:00
• Shift assignment in rotation
• Full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days/week

Hybrid / on-site (fully remote not supported). 30% of staffed time in the office.

16 days total training (1 day induction + 15 days product training), Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00

• €1,300 gross/month + €50 project bonus + €100 welcome bonus
• German – €1,300 gross/month
• Bonus: €50 project bonus
