Customer Advisor

• Management of incoming calls and email
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal and team targets and case handling quotas
• Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

• Native / near-native in the production language
• Good command of English
• Good MS Office skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively

English and French

French: 06:00 – 22:00, Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts)

Training in-house plus nesting and practice periods. WFH possible if requirements (performance, dedicated home office space, internet speed test) are met; can be revoked by the client at any time.

• €1,050 gross/month + 10% performance bonus
• French – €1,050 gross/month (hybrid)
• Bonus: 10% monthly performance bonus
