About the role
A leading social-media and digital advertising platform expanding its ad-sales operation in Athens.
The role
Polish-speaking Ad Sales Specialist — supporting business clients with advertising solutions.
Responsibilities
- Contact and advise business clients on advertising products and solutions
- Identify upsell opportunities and manage client accounts
- Meet sales and activity targets
- Maintain accurate records and follow sales processes
Requirements
- Native or near-native Polish (C2)
- Good English (B2)
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and comfortable working to KPIs

Monday – Friday 10:00 – 18:00 (winter) or 11:00 – 19:00 (summer); range 06:00 – 20:00 subject to change based on market or client requirements

Salary & bonus
