Dutch Speaking Sales Development Representative

A leading professional social-media and business-networking company expanding its sales development team in Athens.

Dutch-speaking Sales Development Representative — prospecting, qualifying leads and setting up opportunities for the sales team.

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities in the Dutch-speaking market
• Conduct outbound calls, emails and social outreach to potential clients
• Collaborate with account executives to schedule meetings and demos
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and achieve activity targets

• Native or near-native Dutch (C2)
• Good English (B2)
• Previous sales or business development experience is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Target-driven and comfortable working to KPIs

English and Dutch

Mon – Fri 09:00 – 18:00 based on the supported region time zone (8-hour shift)

On site for the first 5 months in Athens, then hybrid (3 days on site / 2 days from home) based on performance.

• €1,700 gross/month + €500 project bonus/month + €1,000 performance bonus/quarter
• €1,700 gross/month, 14 salaries per year
• Bonus: Project bonus: €500/month. Performance bonus: up to €1,000/quarter.
