About the role
A global financial services and technology organisation delivering customer support and collections services from Athens.
The role
German-speaking Customer Advisor focused on outbound debt-collection calls.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding payments
- Provide clear, professional information and negotiate repayment solutions
- Keep accurate records of all interactions
- Meet personal and team quality and productivity targets
Requirements
- Native or near-native German (C2)
- Good English (B2)
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Customer orientation and excellent communication skills
- Previous customer support or collections experience is a plus
Language skills
English and German

Mon – Fri 09:00 – 17:00

Salary & bonus
