About the role
A global technology and services company delivering customer experience solutions for a leading financial services provider from Athens.
The role
German-speaking Customer Advisor — inbound phone, email and chat support.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email and chat in German
- Provide high-quality support for financial and digital banking services
- Ensure a smooth, professional customer experience
- Meet personal and team quality and productivity targets
Requirements
- Native or near-native German (C2)
- Good English (B2)
- Customer orientation and commitment to excellent service
- Strong PC handling skills / computer literacy
- Previous customer support experience is a plus

English and German
Schedule
Mon – Sat 09:00 – 21:00, rotating shifts
