About the role
A global technology and services company supporting a leading consumer electronics and home-appliance brand from Athens.
The role
German-speaking Customer Advisor — inbound phone, email and chat support.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email and chat in German
- Provide professional support for consumer products and services
- Ensure a high standard of customer care and problem resolution
- Meet personal and team quality and productivity targets
Requirements
- Native or near-native German (C2)
- Good English (B2)
- Customer orientation and commitment to excellent service
- Strong PC handling skills / computer literacy
- Previous customer support experience is a plus

Mon – Fri 10:00 – 18:00

Hybrid role in Athens, Greece. Training provided.
Salary & bonus
