About the role
A global business services organisation supporting a leading consumer brand from Athens, with flexible remote and hybrid working options.
The role
Maltese-speaking Customer Advisor providing inbound support across phone, email and chat.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries in Maltese and English
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements
- Native / near-native Maltese
- Good command of English (B2)
- Customer orientation and excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy and good MS Office skills
- Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid model

English and Maltese

Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 18:00
