Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor handling inbound enquiries across phone, email and chat.

• Manage incoming customer queries in Dutch
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information
• Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

• Native / near-native Dutch
• Good command of English (B2)
• Customer orientation and excellent communication skills
• Computer literacy and good MS Office skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively

English and Dutch

Mon – Sun 09:30 – 19:00, rotating shifts

Hybrid, Athens based. Training in-house plus nesting and practice periods.
