German-speaking Customer Support Advisor — inbound phone, email and chat support.

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email and chat in German
• Provide high-quality support for financial and digital banking services
• Ensure a smooth, professional customer experience
• Meet personal and team quality and productivity targets

• Native or near-native German (C2)
• Good English (B2)
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Previous customer support experience is a plus

Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:30

Hybrid role combining office collaboration with work-from-home flexibility in Athens, Greece.

• €1,300 gross/month
• €1,300 gross/month, 14 salaries per year
• Bonus: Welcome bonus: €100/month for the first 12 months. Project bonus: €50/month. Performance bonus: up to 10% (meeting targets) or up to 12% (exceeding targets).
