Italian Speaking B2B Sales Specialist – BPO (to be discussed)

The Ryzer Group is hiring Italian-speaking B2B Sales Specialists to help business owners sign up and sell on a major global marketplace — a warm, cold-calling role with leads provided and no payment handling required.

Italian Speaking B2B Sales Specialist

• Contact business owners using provided leads and guide them through signing up and selling on the platform
• Build rapport, handle objections and close sales over the phone
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM
• Meet daily/weekly activity and revenue targets
• Work collaboratively with team leaders and account managers

• Fluent Italian speaker
• At least 6 months' sales experience in any field
• Comfortable with outbound/cold-calling using provided leads
• Open to relocating to Athens or already based in Greece for remote work

English and Italian

Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00

Office-based in Athens or remote from anywhere in Greece.

• €1,200 gross/month (office) / €1,150 gross/month (remote)
• €1,200 gross/month for office-based candidates; €1,150 gross/month for remote candidates
• Bonus: Up to €750 quarterly performance bonus (uncapped, 100% target)
