English Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Customer Care Specialist — first point of contact for customers across phone, email and live chat.

• Deliver excellent customer support via phone, email and live chat
• Assist customers with account, order and product enquiries
• Support customers throughout their purchasing journey
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels
• Escalate complex cases to specialist support teams when required
• Accurately document all customer interactions
• Build strong customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a seamless customer experience

• English language skills at C1 level or above
• 1–2 years' experience in customer service, customer care or technical support
• Previous experience within retail, fashion or e-commerce is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• A customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to adapt to new systems and processes
• Willingness to complete a background screening

English (C1 or above)

Office based. Mon–Fri 10:00–22:00, Sat 10:00–18:00. 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week on rotation. Rotating shift pattern may include evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.

• €1,150 gross/month
• €1,150 gross per month, 14 salary payments per year
• Bonus: €85 net meal allowance per month; €65 gross transport allowance per month
