About the role

A global customer experience and business services organisation is hiring a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead a high-output recruitment function in Athens. Hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, coaches junior recruiters to hit targets consistently, and builds strong relationships with external recruitment partners.

The role

Talent Acquisition Supervisor leading a team of 9 junior recruiters hiring for contact centre careers (customer support, customer experience, technical support, sales support and similar office-based roles), while also owning agency performance and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Performance:
  • Lead, coach and performance-manage a team of 9 junior recruiters in Athens
  • Set daily/weekly hiring priorities, allocate roles and balance workload
  • Drive sourcing volume, screening quality, interview scheduling, offer management and start-date delivery
  • Run structured team rhythms (daily stand-ups, weekly performance reviews, pipeline deep-dives)
  • Provide continuous feedback and training to improve recruiter capability, speed and candidate quality
  • End-to-End Recruitment Delivery:
  • Manage hiring across high-volume operational roles within a contact centre/BPO environment
  • Own the recruitment lifecycle: intake calls, job brief alignment, sourcing strategy, screening, stakeholder coordination, offers and onboarding handover
  • Agency & Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies
  • Set clear expectations on quality, speed, compliance and communication
  • Track agency performance and take action when standards slip
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on headcount needs and hiring urgency
  • Process, Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
  • Monitor pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates, recruiter productivity
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement practical improvements

Requirements

  • Must-haves:
  • Proven experience leading recruitment delivery in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team of ~9 recruiters
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure
  • Confident communicator with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Hands-on leader driving outcomes
  • Strong advantages:
  • Solid Talent Acquisition knowledge (process, metrics, stakeholder management, hiring strategy)
  • BPO / contact centre recruitment experience
  • Experience managing agency relationships

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. Office based.

Salary & bonus

  • €22,000 – €24,000 base/year (€1,700 gross/month, negotiable)
  • €22,000 – €24,000 base salary per year (approx. €1,700 gross/month), negotiable for the right profile
