Customer Advisor

• Provide customer support via phone and email
• Help customers with account and service enquiries
• Build positive relationships through excellent customer service
• Accurately update customer information
• Work towards individual and team performance targets
• Deliver a first-class customer experience

• Native or near-native French (C2)
• Good level of English
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

English and French

Rotating shifts, Monday–Sunday 06:00–22:00

• €1,050 gross/month (14 salaries) + up to 10% monthly bonus
• €1,050 gross per month, paid 14 times per year
• Bonus: Up to 10% monthly performance bonus

• Indefinite contract
