Digital Account Manager (German Market). Work with direct advertisers and agencies to grow relationships, boost campaign performance and drive adoption across a wide network of search engines, websites, mobile apps and video platforms.

Digital Marketing Account Manager (German Market)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with direct advertisers and agencies
• Serve as trusted advisor aligning advertising strategies with business goals
• Guide clients through campaign setup, targeting, budgeting and optimization
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Conduct outreach to identify new agency partnerships
• Lead discovery sessions and develop tailored sales pitches
• Report on account health and growth opportunities
• Main channels: video calls (majority), email, phone
• CRM: Microsoft Dynamics

• Fluency in English & German
• Minimum 2 years' sales experience, preferably Account Management with proven revenue growth
• At least 1 year hands-on digital advertising experience
• Familiarity with major ad platforms preferred
• Experience with advertising agencies advantageous
• Familiarity with Salesforce or Dynamics 365

English and German

Monday to Friday morning shift, 10:00–18:00 Athens time

1 month training in English

• €1,400 gross/month (14 salaries), rising to €1,500 in year 2
• Year 1: €1,400 gross (14 salaries). Year 2: €1,500 gross (14 salaries, subject to appraisal)
• Bonus: €400 gross monthly project bonus + up to €1,000 gross monthly productivity bonus (paid quarterly)
