Customer Service Advisor

• Support customers via live channels (phone/email/chat)
• Help with account access, subscription queries, billing and basic troubleshooting
• Explain app features clearly and confidently
• Escalate complex issues and keep customers updated
• Log cases accurately and work to quality/KPI standards

• Customer-first mindset and strong communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
• Flexibility for rotating shifts Mon–Sun 09:00–22:00
• Reliable, organised and process-driven

English and Swedish

Monday to Sunday, 09:00–22:00, rotating shifts

• €1,300 gross/month x14 salaries
• €1,300 gross/month, 14 salaries per year
