Italian-Speaking Telemarketer (B2B)

• We're hiring Italian-speaking Telemarketers to join a fast-paced B2B sales team. Your mission is to contact new traders/business owners who are not currently using a major online trading/ordering app and convince them to start trading through the app. This is a new business acquisition role: you'll be speaking with decision-makers, explaining the value of the platform, and closing sign-ups. Important: There is no cost to the trader to sign up.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to new traders/businesses in the Italian market
• Identify needs, handle objections, and clearly explain the benefits of using the app
• Convert prospects into successful sign-ups (sales)
• Accurately update customer/prospect details in the CRM
• Consistently hit daily/weekly performance targets
• KPIs / Targets:
• 8 dials per hour
• 1 sale per day
• Uncapped bonus (performance-based)

• Must-have:
• Fluent/near-native Italian (spoken and written)
• Minimum 6 months' experience in any sales environment (B2B or B2C)
• Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills
• Money-motivated, driven, and target-focused
• Nice-to-have:
• Familiarity with Salesforce (not essential)

Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00. No weekends.

• €1,150 gross/month (office based) / €1,100 (fully remote in Greece)
• €1,150/month office-based / €1,100/month fully remote (within Greece)
