Maltese Speaking Customer Service Advisors

• We’re hiring Maltese-speaking Customer Support Advisors to support customers for a well-known international consumer brand.

Customer Support Advisor (Advisor I)

• You’ll support customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, and/or online channels (email/live chat), depending on the project. Your focus is delivering a smooth customer experience—fast, accurate, and professional.
• What you’ll be doing:
• Managing inbound calls, emails, or live chats
• Identifying customer needs and resolving routine issues
• Building trust through clear, friendly communication
• Providing accurate information using the right tools and processes
• Meeting personal/team targets and call-handling quotas
• Keeping records of interactions, processing accounts, and filing documents
• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

• Maltese: C1/C2 (native or near-native)
• English: B2 minimum
• Confident on the phone

English and Maltese

Mon - Fri 10:00 - 18:00 (fixed shift)

Office Based

• €1,450 gross/month (office) / €1,350 (remote)
• €1,450 for office-based workers
• €1,350 for remote workers
• Bonus: Up to 10% monthly productivity bonus

• Up to 10% monthly productivity bonus
• Relocation: 2 weeks in a hotel + 1 way flight (office-based only)
• Relocation support is available for office-based roles only: 2 weeks in a hotel and a 1 way flight
