Customer Service Advisor supporting customers of a globally recognised cybersecurity software provider — helping users with subscriptions, account enquiries and general product support.

• Assist customers via phone, email and chat
• Support subscription and account-related enquiries
• Help customers with retentions
• Provide clear, friendly and accurate information
• Escalate more complex technical issues where required
• Record customer interactions accurately while meeting quality standards

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2+)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive, solution-focused attitude
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience beneficial but not essential

Dutch C1/C2 and English B2+

Monday–Friday, rotating shifts (10:00–18:00 / 11:00–19:00). No weekend working.

• €1,450 gross/month x14 salaries
• €1,450 gross per month x14 salaries

• Meal allowance €85 net
• Transport allowance €65 gross
• 14 salary payments per year
• Permanent contract
• Relocation: one-way flight to Greece, 2 weeks' accommodation on arrival, €350 accommodation deposit reimbursement, taxi from the airport

Candidates already living in Greece must have AFM (Greek Tax Number) and AMKA (Greek Social Security Number). International candidates do not require these before arrival — full support provided during relocation.
