Multilingual Content Moderator – The Ryzer Group Dublin

Join a globally established digital business services employer supporting major international brands across customer experience and online safety operations. Based in Dublin City Centre (Eastpoint Business Park, Fairview, Dublin 3), the onsite operation brings together international teams in a modern, collaborative setting.

Content Moderator (The Ryzer Group campaign)

• Review user-generated content against community guidelines
• Make fast, fair decisions on flagged content across multiple workflows
• Audit cases involving sensitive content (hate speech, violent threats, self-harm, sexual content, fraud and impersonation, exploitation, dangerous organisations)
• Review escalated and high-risk cases for accurate, consistent policy application
• Apply cultural and regional knowledge when making nuanced decisions
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in English and ONE of: Dutch, Saharan French, Hebrew, Hungarian, Persian, Turkish, Ukrainian (native or near-native)
• Strong English (B2 level)
• Strong policy interpretation skills and sound decision-making
• High attention to detail with an analytical mindset
• Emotional resilience and professionalism when reviewing sensitive content
• EU passport or valid work visa for Ireland (no sponsorship offered)

Monday to Sunday (shift-based), 08:00–19:00, 40 hours per week

Fully office-based in Dublin City Centre. 4 weeks onsite training. No leave permitted in the first 8 weeks. Background checks required.
