About the role
Polish-Speaking Advertising Sales Specialist — Athens, Greece (On-Site). Permanent contract. Work with SME businesses, providing consultative support on their digital advertising activities and helping them maximise the performance of their online marketing investments.

Advertising Sales Specialist
Responsibilities
- Provide consultative support to business customers on their digital advertising activities
- Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Act as a trusted digital marketing advisor
- Manage inbound enquiries related to advertising campaigns and budgets
- Identify upselling and growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Generate new business through strategic prospecting
- Develop, manage and report on a healthy sales pipeline
Requirements
- Essential:
- Native-level Polish (C1/C2)
- Good English (minimum B2)
- Strong computer and multitasking skills
- Previous B2B sales / account management experience
- Strong commercial awareness and sales mindset
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
- Preferred:
- Experience or interest in digital marketing, online advertising or social media
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
Language skills
English and Polish
Schedule
Monday to Friday. Winter: 10:00–18:00. Summer: 11:00–19:00. 40-hour week, no weekends.
Training
Onboarding in English. Three weeks of paid training.
