Back Office Support / Tech Support (Email Only)

• Handle inbound gamer queries via email only – no calls.
• Investigate account, technical, or transaction issues and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Deliver exceptional support while following brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure a seamless gaming experience for millions of players worldwide.

• C2 level Polish (written) and good English communication skills (B2).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise effectively.
• A real interest in gaming and digital communities.
