Customer Advisor

• Management of incoming calls and chat
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

• Computer literacy
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Minimum High School diploma

English and German

Mon- Sun 8:00-23:00

• Hybrid contract for candidate based in Athens
• Fully remote is also applicable if WFH requirements are met for candidates based outside Athens

• PT possible (4h, 5h, 6h, 7h)but needs to be flexible in production hours & days
• PT starts after Full Time training

• 2days and 2 weeks including mandatory client test to pass + 2 weeks gradbay
