• Full-time (40 hours/week) Monday — Sunday 08:00 — 17:00

• " Manage customer/seller/creator enquiries proficiently and professionally while
• meeting specific quality expectations.
• " Identify root cause of reported issues and provide appropriate resolutions in order to
• deliver excellent service. Summarize the Q&A and log in to the knowledge
• management tool.
• " Promptly escalate critical/ high-risk cases to the appropriate authority.
• " Coordinate with other teams/ departments to resolve customer issues, follow-up and
• make sure close-loop to all escalations." Look for opportunities to identify ongoing
• issues and eliminate repeat complaints, reduce escalation rate in order to enhance
• operating process and improve overall customer experience.

• Signing Bonus:
• paid per quarter (8 Quarters — 24months)
• According to the Portuguese law you will be entitled to 22 business days of annual

• Signing a Portuguese contract. The Portuguese public holidays are applied. In case
• you work on a Portuguese public holiday the compensation will be set according to
• the Portuguese law.
• In Portugal you will receive Holiday and Christmas bonuses. Each being equal to one
• extra month of your base salary and fix complements. **Bonuses can be divided by
• 12 and paid each month.- Up to 200.00 euros for the cost of a
• travel ticket (Reimbursed after 3 months upon evidence of travel ticket)
• Up to 400.00 euros for accommodation. per month for the first 4 months
• (Reimbursed during 4 months)
• Accommodation Support customized to your needs and your budget which can
• include assistance with temporary accommodation in the first weeks and/or finding
• permanent accommodation

• The training period is fully paid by our client and included in the contract. Contract
• start date will correspond to your first day of training.
