German speaking Customer Service Advisor

• TASKS TO BE PERFORMED:
• Main task of receiving calls to close reservations (sales) in German for a major hotel chain.
• It will also be necessary to perform customer service tasks. It is important to have sales
• experience and a commercial profile.
• TYPE OF CONTRACT:
• Type of contract: Permanent. Trial period of 2 months.

• German: C1 / C2 or native level
• English: B2 or above
• Eligible to work in Spain

English and German

• From Monday to Sunday with alternating weekends, in the time slot of 09:00 to 22:00 (39
• hours).
• On-site training, included in the contract, scheduled from 28/07/2025 Mo-Th on a split
• shift from 09:00 to 18:00 and Fr from 09:00 to 16:00 straight through.

• Hub address: Lehmberg Ruiz 21, Centro District, 29016 Málaga.
• Electric scooters and similar vehicles are not permitted on the premises.
• START DATE: 28/07/2025

• €1,792 gross/month
• Contract of 39 hours/week: €1,791.66/gross per month. 21.500/gross per year.
