• You'll be supporting one of the world's most popular travel and tourism brands, known for its cutting-edge technology and customer-centric approach. As the first point of contact, you'll guide customers through their our client journey, offer tailored suggestions, and ensure an exceptional service experience. All interactions are inbound—no cold calling.
• What You'll Do:
• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from German-speaking customers looking to book travel services.
• Provide product recommendations and help customers complete their bookings.
• Offer solutions and support in a friendly and professional manner.
• Upsell and cross-sell travel-related products and services.
• Work within a dynamic, multilingual team environment.

• C2 level German (spoken and written) is essential.
• B2 level English required for training, internal communication, and system navigation.
• No prior experience needed—we'll teach you everything you need to succeed.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with computers and digital tools.

• €1,350 gross/month
