• What You'll Do
• As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
• Manage incoming calls, chats, emails, and messages
• Identify and resolve customer needs with care and precision
• Build relationships through clear and friendly communication
• Deliver accurate, complete product and service information
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions
• Meet individual and team targets in a fast-paced, digital environment

• Fluent/native German speaker (C2)
• English at B2 level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable handling queries across multiple platforms (voice & chat)
• Empathetic, customer-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Tech-savvy with a proactive attitude
• Remote Work Setup
• 100% Remote — Work from anywhere in France, Spain, Portugal, or the Netherlands
• Monday to Friday, 08:30—17:30 CET

English and German

• €1,450 gross/month
• Performance bonus: +15% monthly
• Project bonus: €50/month

• Anniversary bonus: €500 gross
• Daily cash bonus via Mastercard:
• €3/day (months 1—12)
• €6/day (after 12 months)
