• You will be supporting Voyage Privé, a members-only luxury travel club offering unforgettable holidays at exceptional prices. Your responsibilities will include:
• Handling incoming calls, emails, and chat queries
• Assisting members with bookings and account-related issues
• Providing accurate information and effective solutions
• Building sustainable, trust-based customer relationships
• Meeting service quality and performance targets

• Native or near-native German + C1 English
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Customer-oriented approach with adaptability
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

• €1,300 gross per month (on-site)
• €1,200 gross per month (remote option)
