French Speaking Customer Service Advisors

• You will be representing our client, a French online financial services company that supports freelancers and SMEs. In this role, you will:
• Manage incoming calls and emails from French-speaking clients
• Assist customers with account and payment-related queries
• Deliver accurate and compliant solutions using the right tools
• Build sustainable customer relationships through excellent communication
• Achieve service quality and performance targets

• Native or near-native French with a good command of English
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Customer-focused, adaptable, and solution-driven
• Good MS Office skills with the ability to multitask effectively

English and French

• Monday to Sunday: 06:00 — 22:00
• Hybrid model, with temporary WFH options depending on performance and business requirements
• Salary & Benefits
• €1,050 gross per month
• 10% monthly performance bonus
