German speaking Customer Service Advisors

• This role is supporting a major European banking institution headquartered in Frankfurt, providing high-quality customer service to both private and business clients.

• As a Customer Advisor, you will:
• Manage incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build long-lasting relationships through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate and complete information using the right tools and methods
• Meet personal and team targets, while maintaining service quality
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process accounts, and update files
• Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

• Native/near-native German with good English skills
• Strong customer orientation and commitment to excellent service
• Excellent communication and active listening skills

English and German

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 — 23:00
• Saturday & Sunday: 09:00 — 23:00
• Full-time (part-time options may be available)
• Hybrid / On-site (remote not supported; 30% of time in office required)

• Fast learner with strong problem-solving ability
• Able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
• A team player with proven customer support or service experience

• 16 days total (1 day systems training + 15 days product training)
• Monday — Friday, 09:00 — 17:00

• €18,200 gross/year
