• What You'll Do
• Handle incoming calls and identify customer needs
• Deliver accurate and complete product information using the right tools and methods
• Build strong, trust-based relationships through open communication
• Maintain detailed customer records and follow company procedures
• Meet personal and team performance targets

• Native or near-native level in German, plus excellent English skills
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Customer-focused, adaptable, and empathetic approach
• Good MS Office skills and ability to multi-task effectively
• Knowledge of electronic devices or household appliances is an advantage

English and German

• German: Mon—Fri, 09:00—21:00
• (Please note hours may change as required)
• WFH/hybrid: Available only after training and approval, subject to KPIs (currently only German speakers are eligible for hybrid).

• €18,200 gross/year
• 10% monthly performance bonus
