• Contract: Permanent, full-time (Spanish contract, 39h/week, Mon—Fri 09:00—18:00)
• Salary: €32,000 gross/year + up to €10,000 gross/year bonus + private medical insurance

As a Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to exceed performance targets, while strengthening customer relationships and driving growth in the cloud solutions space.

• Lead a sales team to achieve business and performance targets.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasting and ensure CRM data integrity.
• Coach, mentor, and support your team through regular reviews and strategy sessions.
• Analyse data and trends to develop effective sales plays.
• Act as a point of escalation for client issues and resolve them promptly.
• Maintain communication with the Sales Director and client stakeholders.
• Coordinate team incentives and manage Sales Performance Incentive Funds.
• Build strong relationships with partners to meet customer expectations.

• Native/near-native Dutch + fluent English.
• 5+ years' experience in a sales leadership role.
• Proven record of coaching, developing, and retaining employees.
• Background in operations, strategy, and revenue growth.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client management skills.
• Passion for customer experience and results-driven leadership.
