• Location: Benalmádena — Malaga, Spain (on-site role)
• Start Date: Immediate
• Contract: Permanent, full-time (Spanish contract)
• R Hours: Rotational shifts — Monday to Friday 08:00—21:00, Saturday 09:00—17:00, Sunday 11:00—17:00 (two free weekends per month)

As a Customer Representative, you will provide first-class customer service via phone, live chat, and email, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

• Answer queries and support customers with online orders, products, and payments.
• Handle calls redirected from retail stores and log cases correctly in the ticketing system.
• Provide excellent service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Follow established project procedures and adapt to updates as needed.
• Collaborate with team members across multiple communication channels.
• Achieve set performance targets.

• Native/near-native Dutch + fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong customer service skills with patience and professionalism.
• Good knowledge of computers and CRM systems, able to multitask effectively.
• Punctual, reliable, and proactive in learning products and procedures.
• Able to handle challenging customers with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable in a fast-changing, dynamic work environment.
