• Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with pre-purchase queries (availability, sizing, fit, material & care, promotions)
• Support order queries (status, shipping, delivery, modifications)
• Process post-purchase requests (returns, refunds, product issues)
• Help with payment and account issues (logins, billing, loyalty programmes)
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain accurate records

• C2 Dutch & B2 English
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work shifts Mon—Fri (08:00—20:00) and weekends (08:00—18:00)
• Customer-oriented, team player, and motivated to learn

English and Dutch

• €1,170 gross/month
• Language bonus: €200
• Loyalty bonus: €300 every 3 months
• Meal allowance: €7.17/day worked
• Holiday & Christmas bonuses (equivalent to extra monthly salary payments)
• Performance bonus: €120/month (after 4th full month)
