• Location: Office based in Thessaloniki, Portugal
• Salary: €1,100 gross per month x14 salaries
• Start Date: 6th October 2025

• What you'll do:
• Handle inbound gamer queries via email only — no calls.
• Investigate account, technical, or transaction issues and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Deliver exceptional support while following brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure a seamless gaming experience for millions of players worldwide.

• C2 level Portuguese (written) and good English communication skills (B2).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise effectively.
• A real interest in gaming and digital communities.
